EP3150 screening bucket, used to screen and separate materials in a gold mine.
Remu buckets enables to screen or crush friable, sticky, abrasive and acidic materials.
In June, RDS France delivered to Morocco a EP3150 screening bucket from the Finnish manufacturer REMU, used to screen and separate materials in a gold mine.
The bucket was supplied and started up by Deutsch Koordination - representative of the RDS France range in Morocco - to Co-Company, a gold and silver mining company based in Morocco's Tinghir province. Mounted on a Caterpillar excavator, this screening bucket is used to separate large fractions to feed the trommels for the extraction of gold materials.
The 0/8 mm grain size enables to obtain ultra-fine material, for a total volume to be screened of 10,000 m³. The bucket capacity of 1 m³ and the power of its rotors allow to reach a yield of 1 bucket per minute.
The bucket has started to work on the aftermath of a flood, with a humidity rate around 35%. It is provided with cleaning scraper which prevent any risk of clogging.
The unique design of Remu buckets enables to screen or crush friable, sticky, abrasive and acidic materials. These versatile buckets can be mounted one excavators, loaders, telehandlers and tractors.
